Can't sleep?



If you do not want to sleep, you know you should take coffee, other caffeine drinks, alcohol or sugars. But for the people who have insomnia problem is not enough only to avoid these products. Good news are that instead of pills, there are foods that naturally will wish you good night ...
If you have problems with falling asleep, you shouldn't enter hearty meal at night, so it's best to eat at least half an hour before bedtime. 

You should choose:

Chamomile Tea
Calming effect of this herb is good for your digestive problems, cramps and current pain. It calms agitated nerves, and as natural relaxants and sedative is a great solution for insomnia.

Warm milk
Calcium enables the body to absorb another component of milk, amino acid tryptophan, which has soothing effect. If a cup of warm milk associate you on sleeping kid then you will not have problem to fall asleep.

Bananas
Magnesium relaxes the muscles and in combination with melatonin and serotonin guarantee faster sleep.

Honey
Although large amounts of sugar keeps you awake, honey glucose has opposite effect. Honey affect positively as prevention and it's cure for many diseases, so their properties will definitely allay anxiety that does not give you to sleep.

Potato
Baked potato stimulates production of insulin which releases tryptophan, which in turn creates serotonin which calms you and helps you sleep.

Oats (oat products)
Oats are a rich source of melatonin, and a small portion of oat flakes with warm milk is ideal dinner for easier sleep.

Almonds
Given that contain magnesium and tryptophan, a few almonds before bedtime will relax your muscles and help you sleep.
